If it is upside down to the reduced side with the dial like a lot of the clock instead of ordinary (IV/IIII,V, VI etc) engraved inside the dial. Will any person enlighten me about this? I ordered a clock wherever I locate the orientation is not upside down inside the dial and when that isn't the right oriention I'll return it.The Decennial Census q
